1/20/18 –  January Rummage Sale – Band

 

We will be hosting our annual rummage sale next Saturday, January 20th. You may bring in items you would like to donate at any time and we will have a special drop-off time for the night before on Friday, January 19th. If you have any larger items that you would like to bring by, they are welcome, just please inform Mr. Willers so we can store them in an appropriate area until the sale. Any items that are not re-sold will be donated to Goodwill, and must meet their requirements to be accepted. Please see the list below from Goodwill.

Ongoing – Fry’s Community Rewards – Band
 
Please remember to link your Fry’s VIP card to the Wildcat Band Booster organization.  We receive a donation from Fry’s based on your purchases.  This is the easiest way to help our organization, just do your normal grocery shopping!  

How to Enroll for the Fry’s Community Rewards Program

  1. * Go to www.FrysCommunityRewards.com
  2. * Click on ‘Sign-In’.
  3. Enter your email and password, click on ‘sign in’.
  4. Click on your name (top right hand corner), under ‘Account Summary’ scroll down to “Community Rewards”.
  5. Click on ‘Edit’ under Community Rewards.
  6. Under Find Your Organization: Enter the NPO number or name of organization then select ‘search’. (Our NPO number is 64752)
  7. Under ‘Select Your Organization’, click on the circle next to your organization.
  8. Click on ‘Enroll’
  9. *If you have registered correctly, you should now see your organization information listed under ‘Community Rewards’ on your Account Summary page.
  10. ***Remember, you must re-enroll each year to support MHS Bands. Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year is open NOW!

Step 2: Fill out the simple form. Select “Mesquite High School” and then select “Tax Credit Band”, “Marching Band Boosters – Child Name” and enter the amount you wish to donate. (You can also add lines if you have more than one child)
Step 3: Enter payment method

Student Fundraisers: Funds raised go directly toward a student’s fees.
Band Fundraisers: Funds raised help to cover general band expenses. Remember – your band fees only cover a percentage of the total cost of running our award-winning programs. All students are expected to participate in general fundraisers to help keep fees as low as possible.
