Student Fundraisers: Funds raised go directly toward a student’s fees.
Band Fundraisers: Funds raised help to cover general band expenses. Remember – your band fees only cover a percentage of the total cost of running our award-winning programs. All students are expected to participate in general fundraisers to help keep fees as low as possible.

I just want to say thank you to all the parents for bearing with us. We know there has been some disorganization this year as we are all brand new at this, but we do need your help whether its an hour of time, a case of water, donation referrals or moral support. We are all band parents and all boosters.

Pogo Pass gives members FREE admission to several popular venues in the Phoenix area. This is an online purchase made by you, the buyer, so students wont have to carry cards or money around. We will be selling ButterBraids in October.  Start collecting names of folks who want to order.

Yankee Candle Sales – Student
Our annual candle sale will take place during November.  The candles ordered from students will be delivered in time for the Holidays.  The bonus – you can order candles throughout the rest of the school year ONLINE.  We’ll be posting that site and information here when we begin the sale.

Basket Auction
We will be conducting our annual Holiday Basket Silent Auction at our December concert.

January Rummage Sale – Band
Our Rummage sale last year was a HUGE success so we’ll be having it again January 2017.  We will start collecting as early as December 1st. Clean out those closets in time for Christmas and help out the band program.

Ongoing – Fry’s Community Rewards – Band
Please remember to link your Fry’s VIP card to the Wildcat Band Booster organization.  We receive a donation from Fry’s based on your purchases.  This is the easiest way to help our organization, just do your normal grocery shopping!  

How to Enroll for the Fry’s Community Rewards Program

  3. Enter your email and password, click on ‘sign in’.
  4. Click on your name (top right hand corner), under ‘Account Summary’ scroll down to “Community Rewards”.
  5. Click on ‘Edit’ under Community Rewards.
  6. Under Find Your Organization: Enter the NPO number or name of organization then select ‘search’. (Our NPO number is 64752)
  7. Under ‘Select Your Organization’, click on the circle next to your organization.
  8. Click on ‘Enroll’
  9. *If you have registered correctly, you should now see your organization information listed under ‘Community Rewards’ on your Account Summary page.
  10. ***Remember, you must re-enroll each year to support MHS Bands. Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year is open NOW!

If you like to shop on Amazon we have a way for the boosters to earn .05% of eligible purchases.  Each time you want to shop Amazon log in through this link: This will automatically select the Boosters as your charitable organization.  If you make a purchase from a participating seller, Amazon will send .05% to our General fund.

It’s never been easier to make your tax credit donation! Get your donations in now to ensure support of the Mesquite Bands.
