Please Help with the ABODA State Marching Festival!!!!!

To all Wildcat Band Boosters!
Congratulations to the Wildcat Marching Band for the amazing success they have had this season! Because of their hard work and dedication, the Wildcat Marching Band has qualified to compete in the ABODA State Marching Festival, which we have been asked to host.
Our Wildcat Band Members need the help of all Wildcat Band Boosters as we host the ABODA State Marching Festival, the Arizona semi-final marching competition, on November 1, 2014 at Mesquite High School, in which our kids will be competing for the opportunity to qualify for Super State, the Arizona state marching finals. We need all parents of band members, family and friends to volunteer to assist the Wildcat Marching Band in our hosting responsibilities, including selling concessions, directing traffic, maintaining water stations and directing visiting bands and guests.
Your kids need your help! Having parents and volunteers manning as many of the stations as possible will free our kids to concentrate on preparing for this important state semi-final competition. Please come out to help, and support our fine musicians on this important day. They have worked hard to qualify for the ABODA State Marching Festival, let’s give them the preparation time they need that day by giving them a hand with the hosting responsibilities!
